What is eHOTitem?

Welcome! eHOTitem is an eBay auction management and research tool that reports auction information. Easy navigation without the overhead allows Buyers and Sellers to use this site to research auctions, minus the hours, days and weeks it would take browsing directly through eBay to get the same answers. The goal is to speed up the amount of time you search through eBay to make more informative buying and selling decisions..

How do I use eHOTitem?

Enter a description and/or select a major category for the auction item you wish to research, and click the SEARCH button. You will be forwarded directly to the Power Sort tab with item results. At this point you click across any tab to re-sort the list for a differenct view. Results are returned utilizing Power Sort which is based on price, bid, feedback, end time, and search criteria. Use the Quality dropdown to increase the amount of data to search. Using a greater amount of data will increase the quality of the results returned, but will take longer to process.

Explain the tabs..

Our tab style menu bar is simple to use. Once you submit a search, each tab will guide you to a report with information on the search keywords and category submitted. When a tab is selected it will show as highlighted.

Sort Tabs

The Power Sort tab provides a list of items sorted using the Power Sort criteria. The Power Sort criteria consists of a combination of current price, feedback, bids, and search criteria.

Additionally, there are options that will re-sort by either bids, seller, price, and end time. Top Keywords and Categories link as well. (See image below)

Map By Postal Code

The Map By Postal Code tab provides a graphical view of auctions across Total US.
